1. all payment must be made upfront unless the total price of the commission exceeds $50. in that case, half the payment can be made upfront, and the other half can be paid when i have completed the sketch.2. please provide a clear character reference that i can work with! if you only have a text description or a moodboard, i will charge an additional design fee. please discuss this with sayu!3. i may reject a commission at my own discretion if i feel that i am not able to complete it or if it is outside of my comfort zone. i apologise!!4. no refunds once i have started on the commission.5. turnaround times will be around 1-2 weeks per artwork; if you need the artwork urgently, please discuss with me and i may be able to provide it faster with a rushing fee. otherwise, please do not rush me T T6. i retain copyright to my artwork! you may not claim the work as yours. credit to me is really appreciated but not necessary!7. the basic usage rules for all of my commissions are as such: you can post the artwork freely on your social media or display it in your youtube/twitch streams. however, you are not allowed to create merchandise with my artwork or sell/resell my artwork. if you intend to use my artwork for commercial purposes like this, please contact sayu beforehand.8. payment is usually made exclusively through ko-fi. if necessary, i may decide to use paypal invoice instead based on the total cost of commission.9. i don't accept any NFT- related work and i do not allow my artwork to be used for AI-training or AI-related activities. this is absolutely non negotiable.

general information- all listed prices are in US dollars (USD).- each additional character in the same artwork will be +70% of the commission price! please talk about this with me because i have trouble fitting too many characters into one piece.- the finished artwork size will be around 2000x2000 if unspecified; if you want a larger canvas size, please let me know first.- additional fees may be added for complex characters with a lot of details.- i do not draw complex backgrounds! i am only able to do simple ones like a single colour, stripes, etc. i am also able to provide transparent background, but please let me know as early as possible!- i am open to doing other types of commissions as well, eg. pngtuber, etc. - please contact sayu and i'll see if we can work something out together!- if you want to commission me, please dm me on my twitter with what you want or reach out to me via the #mail channel on my discord (preferable). thank you very much for your interest <33
